To get the most out of your Golf Swing Laser you should make a target line on your practice mat as shown below using tape or a marker.  Also make a perpendicular line to the target line to indicate the ball position.  After some practice swings with the Golf Swing Laser attached to the grip, you will soon discover the value of the instant feedback.  The laser beam will trace your swing plane on the mat in front of you.  Try to make your backswing and downswing path follow the target line.  This is the best little device you can use in the comfort of your own home as you practice “good” muscle memory.
Ten minutes practice each day will give you the consistency of a good golf swing.

 RIGHT-HANDED GOLFER

When the laser follows the target line during the backswing and downswing, a straight shot is achieved.
When the laser follows the blue line during the backswing and on the downswing, a draw will result.
When the laser follows the red line during the backswing and on the downswing, a slice will result.

NOTE:  The backswing is not as critical as the downswing.  To produce a straight shot, the laser must travel on or parallel to the target line through the downswing.
